“The Wolfman”
Greetings fellow Alien Travelers!
~~If this is your first time reading a Movie Alien travel blog, please visit the About Page to learn more about what this is about.
I just returned from my journey on the Earth Movie “The Wolfman”!
The region of space that this particular Earth Movie takes you to is known as the Monster Movie galaxy. In fact, this particular incarnation, “The Wolfman” is directly inspired by one of the original pioneers to this Galaxy, billed as the “The Wolf Man” and set sail in 1941.
While my Human Host wasn’t even incubated in 1941, he has also not had the opportunity to revisit the original wolf man journey. But it is famous so I convinced his subconscious to give this one a try.
Earth Movie Travel Technology has come a long way since Earth circa 1941, so now when the monster attacks we get to experience the up close effects of spilled organs and severed limbs. This monster is a viscous one! The first time I got close to the beast I was rewarded with a rich, visceral experience of how powerful this creature is.
But what does not help this journey ultimately succeed for me as an Alien Traveler is the unavoidable pit-stop in the Romance Quadrant of space known as the Love Interest. The beast we hunt is savage but can a beautiful creature of diametrically opposite intentions to the creature’s savage ways really satiate the animalistic killer’s lust for even the briefest of moments? Ummm… Not so convincing on this trip.
“The Wolfman” also provides a step back in time to a Victorian Planet. I have been on journeys that seemed like a far better excursion to this type of planet, but I did enjoy the effort the Earth Movie made in making it feel like a home, instead of just a stay at a Intergalactic Bed and Breakfast.
If you are considering traveling to “The Wolfman”, I would advise that you use a Human Host who enjoys camping. If you don’t, the campiness factor of this Travel Experience might leave you disorientated and confused since I don’t think the creators of this journey ever intended for you to stay out in the woods and laugh at the monster they invite you to hunt.
Overall – I give this ship a somewhat rocky 55% rating. It might fail you when you reach the end of the journey.
Take care and safe travels,
~~Movie Alien
